Job description: 1. Corporate and Individual Accounts Explore and handle corporate MPF and group medical accounts Corporate investment and commercial insurance Individual financial and investment planning
2. Team Development Recruit and interview high profile potentials Provide training and coaching to the team Leading a team of dynamic professionals
3. Self Development Requirements: University degree or equivalent Permanent HK ID card holder Min. 2 years working experience preferably in banking and finance, marketing, public relations, business development, management or business owner Mature and positive attitude Able to understand cantonese Able to manage a team Able to demonstrate a history of successful achievement in previous jobs Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Business Development Manager
We offer: Attractive Basic Allowance up to $20000 + monthly bonus + performance bonus + annual bonus Medical and life insurance, provident fund and low interest mortgage loans Overseas trips and conventions Comprehensive full set training and follow-up programs Income directly proportionate to capacity and performance; annual income range from $300,000 to $800,000 in the first year
